BONE MARROW MSCs SELECTIVE ASPIRATION
Optimising bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) aspiration is pivotal in regenerative medicine. This procedure finds utility in treating soft tissue pathologies (e.g. osteoarthritis, chondropathies, tendinopathies) and bone grafting surgeries aimed at repairing damaged bones, whether due to injury, disease, or congenital conditions.
MARROW-STEM™ is a disposable device designed for the selective aspiration of mesenchymal cells from bone marrow.
Thanks to its innovative micrometric lateral aspiration system and closed distal tip, it maximizes cellular yield while minimizing peripheral blood contamination.
The procedure is efficient—typically completed in about 20 minutes—requires no centrifugation, and allows for multiple aspirations from a single percutaneous access point.
It can be performed with low morbidity at various harvesting sites, including the anterior or posterior iliac crest, proximal tibia, distal femur, or vertebral body.
