Advanced cement delivery system
Bone cement delivery system with millimetric advancement
- Compatible with low, medium, and high viscosity bone cement;
- Ergonomic handle;
- 10ml single-use syringe included;
- Millimetric advancement of the plunger allows a very accurate and controlled injection of cement;
- Allows fast and direct injection, simply pressing the button on the handle and pushing the plunger;
- Allows rapidly stopping the cement flow by turning 180°counterclockwise the plunger;
- Equipped with 30 cm extension tube.
Surgical technique:
- Prepare and mix the bone cement.
- Ensure that the safety lock is disengaged.
- Connect the rotating Luer-lock to either the extension line or the CEMIX™ cement mixing device used for bone cement preparation.
- Aspiration: Press and hold the Release button on the side of the grip while pulling the threaded plunger backward to draw cement into the syringe cylinder.
- Injection: To inject the cement, gradually move the plunger forward by turning the rear knob clockwise.
- Stopping: To stop injection, turn the rear knob 180° counterclockwise.
