Aspiration needle for soft tissue biopsy and prenatal diagnosis

CHIBELL™ can be used for various types of biopsies and prenatal diagnosis: cytological aspiration, amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, cystocentesis, and needle aspirations.

The particular sharpening of the Chiba-tip improves penetration, making it less invasive and traumatic.
The centimetre depth marker, sliding stopper and internal echo marker, make it easier and more accurate to control the depth reached.
Equipped with a Luer-lock universal connection.
The passage of liquids can be seen through the transparent plastic handle.
M.E.A. tested for safety and biocompatibility.

Aspiration needles are used for soft tissue biopsies to obtain cytological samples for diagnostic evaluation. In prenatal diagnosis, they enable the safe collection of fetal cells for genetic and chromosomal analysis.

Surgical technique:

Insert the needle at the selected site for biopsy, prenatal diagnosis, or infusion.
In the case of an oblique introduction, rotate the latch of the stylet upward to improve the angle.
During penetration, hold the coloured-coded cap attached to the transparent handle.
Use the sliding stopper and centimetre markings to reach the aspiration point, assisted by the internal echogenic marker for ultrasound monitoring.
Once the point is reached, remove the stylet, connect a syringe, and proceed with the aspiration or infusion of the fluid.
