We are pleased to share that BEAUTY-STEM™, our device for adipose tissue purification, has been included in a randomised, controlled clinical trial (Level of Evidence I) on 185 patients recently published in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, an international peer-reviewed journal.
The study compared breast augmentation performed with implants versus autologous lipofilling. Among the devices used for fat processing, BEAUTY-STEM™ was selected and successfully applied.
Key findings:
- Both breast implants and lipofilling techniques proved safe and effective.
- Lipofilling showed more natural results, particularly when adipose tissue was processed with standardised, minimal manipulation systems such as BEAUTY-STEM™.
- No device-related complications were reported.
The study confirms the importance of advanced fat purification technologies in achieving predictable and reproducible outcomes.
