BIOPSYBELL Srl, the Data Controller, wishes to inform you of how it will process your data pursuant to article 13 of European Regulation 679/2016.
Purpose of processing
The data collected (email address) will be used solely to send you our newsletter containing information on initiatives and commercial events organized by BIOPSYBELL. The provision of the email address is necessary for the purpose of subscribing to the service. Failure to provide or incorrect provision will make it impossible to receive our newsletter. The processing of data in relation to the completion of this form is based on the request for your consent (article 6, par. 1, letter a of the GDPR).
Transfer of data to third countries
Your data will not be transferred to non-EU countries.
Data retention period
The collected data will be kept until you object to the service. You can unsubscribe from the service by clicking on “UNSUBSCRIBE” on each newsletter sent.
Data recipients
The data will be made known to authorized internal staff, as well as to IT staff and information technology companies, appointed as Data Processors for technical support of the site.
The data will not be disseminated.
Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Chapter III of the GDPR, the data subject is entitled to ask the Data Controller to access his or her data, to amend or erase it, to limit processing or to object to processing, to request data portability, to revoke (where granted) his or her consent to processing and to assert these and the other rights provided for by the GDPR by simply notifying the Data Controller. Finally, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he or she considers that his or her personal data are being processed in breach of the legislation applicable to the protection of his or her personal data.
