La maggior parte delle lesioni dell\u2019anulus fibroso \u00e8 causata da microtraumi ripetuti o da un trauma maggiore, che ne determinano la degenerazione e permettono al nucleo polposo di protrudere, comprimendo una radice nervosa e\/o i tessuti circostanti, provocando dolore lombare e\/o agli arti inferiori. Il grande vantaggio di questo dispositivo risiede nel fatto che la coclea \u00e8 saldamente connessa, rendendone quasi impossibile il distacco: un elemento distintivo che rappresenta certamente un tratto unico di questo sistema. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Si tratta di una procedura di rimozione meccanica, che non prevede l\u2019utilizzo n\u00e9 di radiofrequenza n\u00e9 di laser. L\u2019ampia apertura laterale consente la rimozione fino a 2 cc di materiale discale.
