BIOPSYBELL Srl, the data controller, wishes to inform you of how it will process your data pursuant to article 13 of European Regulation 679/2016.
Purpose of processing
The data collected (first name and surname, company, email address, telephone number and country as mandatory data and profession and city as optional ones) will be processed solely to answer your requests for information. The processing of such data does not require your consent, as it is necessary to satisfy the pre-contractual requests of the data subject (article 6 para. 1 letter b of the GDPR) and for the legitimate interest of the data controller in processing the requests for information requested by the data subject (article 6 para. 1 letter f of the GDPR). The provision of data is optional for some fields and mandatory for others (indicated by an asterisk) and failure to provide them will result in failure to send the form and, therefore, the inability to receive and meet your request.
Transfer of data to third countries
Data will not be transferred to non-EU countries.
Data retention period
The data will be kept for the time necessary to answer the user’s requests and subsequently in case of development of a business relationship, otherwise they may be erased
Processing methods
Processing will take place both using paper media and with the help of electronic computer tools. BIOPSYBELL Srl, through the systems of processing and conservation of files, assures and guarantees that the data will be processed according to legal provisions.
Data recipients
The data will be disclosed to internal personnel authorized to process customer data as well as IT personnel and IT companies, appointed as Data Processors for technical support of the site.
The data will not be disseminated.
Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Chapter III of the GDPR, the data subject is always entitled to ask the Data Controller to access his or her data, to rectify or erase such data, to limit processing or to object to processing, to request data portability, to revoke (where granted) consent to processing and to assert these and the other rights provided for by the GDPR by simply notifying the Data Controller. Finally, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he or she considers that his or her personal data is being processed in breach of the legislation applicable to the protection of his or her personal data.
